All data is handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) No. 4 of 2013 and the ethical guidelines set by the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).

Student data collected during assessments is used solely for career guidance purposes, is accessible only to authorised counsellors within your institution, and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent. You may request data access, correction, or deletion at any time by contacting the programme administrator.
